Ingredients for sautéed mixture:
Sausage cut into small chunks
1 onion chopped
1-2 sweet peppers chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 head broccoli chopped
3-4 mushrooms chopped
1 T The Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
Sautee above in iron skillet until onions is transparent.
Ingredients for egg mixture:
¾ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese
Salt to taste
1 T Your personal selection of herbs
Mix together and pour over top of the sautéed mixture. Drizzle with Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil. Top with mozzarella.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 min.
