Our Fused, early harvest, Tunisian green lemon was made by crushing very green olives with young green Eureka Lemons in November! The result in an incredibly complex, pungent fusion. By picking certain Eureka lemons at the precise moment for maximum lemon aroma and flavor, we were able to achieve this powerfully fragrant oil. Super concentrated, it is the only example of its kind in the world. A little bit goes a long way! Pairs amazingly with the peach white balsamic, the coconut white balsamic and the grapefruit white balsamic!
