Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 Honeycrisp apple, sliced
About 2 cups kale, stems removed
Cauliflower rice (or any starch), prepared
Pinehurst Olive Oil Butter Olive Oil
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken thighs in Butter Olive Oil & Tuscan Farmhouse seasoning for at least 4 hours.
2. In a skillet, place chicken thighs & drizzle with Butter Olive Oil.
3. In the meantime, slice the apples. Once the chicken is almost cooked through, add apples to the skillet.
4. Once apples get softened, add kale and allow to wilt. Drizzle with Gravenstein Apple Balsamic.
5. Prepare cauliflower rice (or other starch) per directions & add to the skillet. Mix in to absorb the flavors & add more Tuscan Farmhouse seasoning as needed.
