Ingredients
4 bone in pork chops
3 tablespoons evoo
4 tablespoons Salt Sisters Herbs de Provence seasoning
1 onion thinly sliced
2 apples thinly sliced
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 cup Gravenstein Apple Balsamic
1 tablespoon dijon
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 lemon
Drizzle of Pinehurst Olive Oil Walnut Oil
Instructions
Heat pan to medium and add 3 tablespoons evoo.
Season pork chops with herbs de Provence seasoning and add to pan cooking until both sides are lightly browned.
Remove from pan and add sliced onions and apples, cook until softened. Then add a sprinkle of all purpose flour and table spoon butter.
Next add chicken broth, Dijon, balsamic and lemon juice.
Add pork chops back in and simmer until cooked though.
Drizzle walnut oil on top!
