Avocado Egg Toast

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of multigrain seeded bread or bread of choice!
  • 1 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Garlic Olive Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Sel Gris Organic French Sea Salt (sold in store!)

Instructions

  1. Preheat pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Toast your bread in a toaster to desired doneness.
  3. While toast is toasting, drizzle ½ T Garlic Olive Oil into pan to heat. Add eggs and cook to your preference, we love ours over easy!
  4. Smash avocado on toast evenly. Top with an egg on each slice. Drizzle with remaining Garlic Olive Oil. Sprinkle crushed red pepper and French Sea Salt on top to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
