- 1 cup of Pinehurst Olive Oil Basil Olive Oil
- 1 room temperature egg
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon half
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
1. Pour the basil olive oil in a wide mouth mason jar that an immersion blender will fit inside of.
2. Next, crack in the room temperature egg and then add in the remaining ingredients.
3. Place the immersion blender all the way to the bottom of the mason jar and turn it on.
4. Blend for 10 seconds without moving the blender and then slowly move it up and down to fully incorporate all of the ingredients.
5. Once it is thickened, remove the blender and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
