Berry Crisp with Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz. package of raspberries
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 egg + 1 yolk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter melted
  • Dash of salt
  • Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Cascadian White Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Layer berries in a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix eggs, sugar, brown sugar, flour, oats and salt in a bowl until the ingredients crumble together.
  4. Evenly spread the crumble topping over the fresh fruit.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the crisp browns on the top.
  7. Remove and let stand.
  8. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (if desired) and drizzle with a nice amount of White Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar. Enjoy!!
