Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 package of Classic Olive Oil Cake (sold in store)
  • 1 Cup Pinehurst Olive Oil Navel Orange Olive Oil
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease your 9 or 10 inch springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and olive oil together. Pour dry ingredients into a large bowl and whisk to combine well.
  4. Add your oil and milk mixture in little increments to the dry ingredients. Mix with a fork and continue adding liquid until all dry ingredients are incorporated with the liquid and the mixture is evenly combined.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan for 30 minutes, run a knife along the edge of the pan, release the pan and turn cake onto a cooling rack. Turn cake over top side up and cool on rack for at least 2 hours.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar, slice and enjoy! Even better enjoyed the next day!
