Ingredients

  • ½ lb. cooked shrimp, chopped (we used cocktail shrimp)
  • 1 jalapeno diced with seeds
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 2 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl, stir to combine.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
