Ingredients

- ½ lb. cooked shrimp, chopped (we used cocktail shrimp)
- 1 jalapeno diced with seeds
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. freshly cracked pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a bowl, stir to combine.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
