- 10 full size Carrots
- 3 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Butter Olive Oil
- 3 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 T Dees Bees Honey, carried in our shop local section of the store!
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Pepper
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Non-stick olive oil spray
Instructions
- Spray crock pot with non-stick olive oil spray, or use crock pot liner
- Cook Carrots in ¼ cup water with Butter Olive Oil, salt and pepper on high for 2 ½ hours.
- Drain most of water
- Make rue out of Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic Vinegar, Dees Bees Honey, and Cinnamon. Add to carrots, stir and cook for another 30-45 minutes on high.
- Enjoy!
