Easy Crockpot Carrots

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 full size Carrots
  • 3 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Butter Olive Oil
  • 3 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 T Dees Bees Honey, carried in our shop local section of the store!
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Pepper
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Non-stick olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Spray crock pot with non-stick olive oil spray, or use crock pot liner
  2. Cook Carrots in ¼ cup water with Butter Olive Oil, salt and pepper on high for 2 ½ hours.
  3. Drain most of water
  4. Make rue out of Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic Vinegar, Dees Bees Honey, and Cinnamon. Add to carrots, stir and cook for another 30-45 minutes on high.
  5. Enjoy!
