- 1 package of ground chicken
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 block of fresh feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons of Salt Sisters Greek Dip Seasoning (sold in store)
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons Pinehurst Olive Oil Garlic Olive Oil
- Romaine wedges or burger buns
Instructions
- Add all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix by hand or fork.
- Divide the mixture into 4 round balls and then press down with a spatula to form the thickness you desire.
- Heat skillet on medium heat, then drizzle garlic oil in skillet.
- Place the burger patties in skillet and cook for approximately 8 minutes, then flip and cook until temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Remove from skillet and place on lettuce to make a lettuce wrap or a burger bun.
- Dress burger with your favorite toppings!
