Ingredients
- 3 cups lettuce, I used the butter blend
- ¼ cup dried figs, sliced into ¼’s
- ¼ cup goat cheese
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken, can use a rotisserie chicken or baked chicken breast
- 1 cup roasted butternut squash, using this recipe from our Butter Olive Oil section
- Fig Balsamic
- Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
Instructions
- Prepare your butternut squash and chicken as needed, leftovers also work perfectly!
- Add all salad ingredients to a bowl and mix together
- Drizzle the Fig Balsamic and Mushroom Olive Oil over the salad as desired, I generally do about 50/50 oil and vinegar.
- Enjoy!

*Makes 1 large serving for a meal sized salad or two smaller servings as an accompanying side to our Fig flatbread recipe or any other meal!
