Wild Caught Salmon
Pinehurst Olive Oil Butter Olive Oil
Lemon slices
Feta
Capers
Salt Sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning
Any Gluten Free Pasta (spaghetti, linguini, fettuccini)
Instructions
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
2. In a glass baking dish, place salmon. Rub with Tuscan Farmhouse seasoning & drizzle with Butter Olive Oil
3. Bake salmon for about 22-24 minutes or until just cooked through
4. In the meantime, prepare pasta per instructions, strain & flavor with Butter Olive Oil & Tuscan Farmhouse seasoning
5. Once salmon has been cooked, remove from oven & remove skin if needed
6. Scoop pasta onto plate, then top with salmon, capers, feta & fresh lemon slices. Add more butter Olive Oil & Tuscan Farmhouse seasoning as needed to flavor
