- 1/3 cup Pinehurst Olive Oil Lemon Olive Oil
- 1 clove grated garlic
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 Tablespoons Pinehurst Olive Oil Tarragon White Balsamic Vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Add the dressing ingredients to a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Pour over salad, toss to combine!
