Instructions

  1. Pound the 4 chicken breasts until they are 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Combine flour, pepper, pink Himalayan salt, and Tuscan Farmhouse Blend.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the egg.
  4. Dredge the chicken in the flour Mixture.
  5. Dredge the chicken in the egg wash.
  6. Dredge the chicken in the panko crumbs.
  7. Preheat Herbes de Provence Olive Oil on medium heat.
  8. Add the coated breasts to the large skillet and cook approximately 4-6 minutes each side, or until the chicken registers an internal temperature of 165 degrees. This may need to be done in two batches depending on your pan size.
