Pan Fried Lemon Cod

  • 1 lb. cod (or any white flaky fish)
  • 3 T Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Original Nut Crumbs (or bread crumbs)
  • 1 egg


  1. Cut fish into smaller filets
  2. Wisk egg in a bowl
  3. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat
  4. Dip fish into egg and sprinkle with nut crumbs
  5. Cook fish until both sides are browned, roughly 10 minutes or less
  6. Serve! Great with your favorite vegetable and rice, or over pasta!
