- 1 to 2 burrata balls
- Fresh basil
- Drizzle of Pinehurst Olive Oil Chipotle Olive Oil
- Drizzle of Pinehurst Olive Oil Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- Pinch of flaky salt
- Pinch of Red Crushed Pepper
- Drizzle of Hot Honey
- Sourdough Bread
Instructions
1. Grill peaches, let them cool.
2. Break open burrata ball on a dish and arrange peaches around the burrata.
3. Add fresh basil
4. Drizzle with chipotle olive oil and peach balsamic.
5. Add seasonings
6. Drizzle with hot honey.
