Roasted Herbes de Provence Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of asparagus
  • 2 ½ T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Seasonello Salt (sold online and in store!)
  • Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Layer asparagus evenly on a parchment lined baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with Herbes de Provence Olive Oil and sprinkle evenly with seasonings.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Enjoy!
