Sheet Pan Smoky Sweet Chicken Thighs and Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts
  • 68 Chicken Thighs
  • ½ lb. Uncured Smoked Bacon
  • 4 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Wood Smoked Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Beautiful Briny Campfire Sea Salt (Sold in Store!)
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 4 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Maple Balsamic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line a 12 x 17 cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. Slice Brussels Sprouts in half
  4. Slice bacon into 2-inch pieces
  5. Assemble chicken, bacon and brussels sprouts on cookie sheet
  6. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. Beautiful Briny Campfire Sea Salt and 1 tsp. Black pepper
  7. Drizzle 4 T Wood Smoked Olive Oil over sheet pan
  8. Place in oven for 35 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and drizzle with 4 T Maple Balsamic
  10. Place back in oven for an additional 5 minutes
  11. Remove, and enjoy!
