Sheet Pan Smoky Sweet Chicken Thighs and Brussels Sprouts

- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts
- 6–8 Chicken Thighs
- ½ lb. Uncured Smoked Bacon
- 4 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Wood Smoked Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Beautiful Briny Campfire Sea Salt (Sold in Store!)
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 4 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Maple Balsamic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a 12 x 17 cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Slice Brussels Sprouts in half
- Slice bacon into 2-inch pieces
- Assemble chicken, bacon and brussels sprouts on cookie sheet
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp. Beautiful Briny Campfire Sea Salt and 1 tsp. Black pepper
- Drizzle 4 T Wood Smoked Olive Oil over sheet pan
- Place in oven for 35 minutes
- Remove from oven and drizzle with 4 T Maple Balsamic
- Place back in oven for an additional 5 minutes
- Remove, and enjoy!
