- 1 package of thinly sliced chicken breast
- 3 TBSP Pinehurst Olive Oil Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Salt Sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Blend (sold in store)
- 2 TBSP Pinehurst Olive Oil Tarragon Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/2 of a freshly squeezed lemon
Instructions
- Add Lemon Olive Oil to hot skillet.
- Over medium – high heat, add Chicken breast to skillet and sprinkle with Tuscan farmhouse seasoning.
- Cook for approximately 4 minutes or until browned on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add Tarragon Balsamic to the skillet to deglaze and stir up any of those yummy bits of goodness at the bottom of the pan. 🙂
- Add minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Add lemon juice and stir.
- Add chicken breast back to the skillet and cook until it reaches 165 degrees.
