Apple & Fig Gin Fizz
Ingredients
Scale
2 oz Gin of your choice
1 oz Gravenstein Apple Balsamic
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
A dollop of fig spread (about 1 tsp)
Soda water
Rosemary for garnish
Instructions
1. Add ice cubes to a shaker
2. Add all ingredients except for soda water and rosemary to shaker & shake until combined
3. Once combined, add soda water & stir with a spoon or straw
4. Strain drink mixture into a cocktail glass & garnish with rosemary
