Asian Cucumber Salad
Ingredients

1 English Cucumber, sliced
Sea salt, to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon Pinehurst Olive Oil Suyo Cucumber Balsamic
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Pinehurst Olive Oil Baklouti Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Pinehurst Olive Oil Toasted Sesame Olive Oil
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Slice cucumbers.
2. Add all ingredients, except sesame seeds, to a bowl & whisk together until combined.
3. Add cucumbers to bowl or on serving dish, top with sesame seeds & enjoy!
