- 1 6 oz. package of raspberries
- 2 cups of blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 egg + 1 yolk
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 cup of old fashioned oats
- 1 stick of unsalted butter melted
- Dash of salt
- Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Cascadian White Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Layer berries in a greased baking dish.
- Mix eggs, sugar, brown sugar, flour, oats and salt in a bowl until the ingredients crumble together.
- Evenly spread the crumble topping over the fresh fruit.
- Pour melted butter evenly on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the crisp browns on the top.
- Remove and let stand.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (if desired) and drizzle with a nice amount of White Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar. Enjoy!!
