Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag of dark chocolate chips, we used Ghirardelli 60% cacao
  • 2 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 2 T cashew halves
  • 2 T dried cranberries
  • 1 T pumpkin seeds
  • A light sprinkle of coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and Blood Orange Olive Oil in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Make sure the water doesn’t touch the bowl. Simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted. Make sure to stir occasionally and not to overcook, you do not want to burn the chocolate.
  2. Pour melted chocolate into a parchment lined baking sheet (a size that will fit in your refrigerator)
  3. Top with the remaining ingredients, distributing as evenly as possible.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until the bark has hardened.
  5. Break into chunks randomly and enjoy!
  6. For best results store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
