  1.  Bring a large pan to medium-high heat. Drizzle Lemon Olive Oil to the skillet, add broccolini & season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  2. Remove from pan and let cool slightly.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together the olive oil, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, maple syrup, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Add in the chickpeas, feta, pickled red onions and the slightly cooled broccolini. Toss to combine.
