Ingredients

4 large tomatoes
1 large white onion
1/2 cup Traditional 18 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar
1T Sugar
Salt, to taste
Garlic, to taste
Basil, to taste
Oregano (very little)
Instructions
1. Chop up tomatoes & onion
2. Pour liquid & seasonings over tomatoes & onion.
3. Add basil & allow to stand for a few hours (in or out of the refrigerator) to absorb flavors
