Ingredients
- 1 flatbread
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cooked chicken
- ¼ cup dried figs, sliced in ¼’s
- ¼ cup goat cheese
- Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
- Fig Balsamic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place flatbread on a parchment lined baking sheet, can bake directly on the oven rack for a crispier crust also.
- Cover the flatbread in a layer of Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil as the flatbread base
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, add chicken, dried figs and goat cheese on top of mozzarella layer
- Drizzle with Fig Balsamic and bake for 6 minutes
