Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients

- 1 large bunch fresh cilantro, stems removed
- 1/2 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley, stems removed
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt Sister Lime Fresco Sea Salt (sold in store)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- Juice of 2 to 3 limes
- 3/4 cup Pinehurst Olive Oil Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
Instructions
1.Either chop the cilantro and parsley leaves into very small pieces or place in a blender or food processor.
2.Place the cilantro and parsley leaves in a bowl and add the cilantro and roasted onion olive oil.
3.Add minced garlic, lime sea salt, pepper, lime juice, and cumin.
