- 1 package of Dr. Pete’s Quick Rise Pizza Dough (Sold in store!)
- 2 ½ T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 T Chipotle Olive Oil
- Pizza sauce, amount used will depend on preference. We used around half a jar or less.
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- Pepperoni (alternate ingredients or additional ingredient suggestions: sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach, grilled chicken, turkey pepperoni and more! Options are endless!)
- Cloister Chipotle Honey (sold in store!)
Instructions
- Add mix and yeast packet into bowl and combine. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and warm water and mix until dough comes together. Turn dough on a floured board and knead 8-10 times to make the dough smooth. Lightly oil a bowl with 1 T Chipotle Olive Oil and place ball of dough in bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Use a parchment lined baking pan or preheated pizza stone. Press dough out into pan evenly. Can make two smaller pizzas or one large pizza!
- Brush dough with 2 T Chipotle Olive Oil.
- Add pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Cook in oven for 15-17 minutes, or until dough is cooked through and cheese is melted!
- Remove from oven and drizzle with Chipotle Honey.
