- 1 lb. fresh perch
- Seasonello Seasoning salt (sold in store!)
- 1 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
- 1 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place perch skin side down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with Seasonello Seasoning Salt, and gently rub in.
- Brush the Chipotle Olive Oil and Peach Balsamic Vinegar onto each fish filet.
- Top with some chopped fresh parsley.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until lightly brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Add parsley to garnish and enjoy!
