Chipotle Peach Baked Perch

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh perch
  • Seasonello Seasoning salt (sold in store!)
  • 1 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 1 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place perch skin side down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with Seasonello Seasoning Salt, and gently rub in.
  4. Brush the Chipotle Olive Oil and Peach Balsamic Vinegar onto each fish filet.
  5. Top with some chopped fresh parsley.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until lightly brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Add parsley to garnish and enjoy!
