- 2 lb. Steak of choice, sliced into strips
- 2 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
- 1 T Salted Butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced or ½ T Minced Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh chives, diced to garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter, Chipotle Olive Oil and minced garlic over medium heat until garlic is fragrant.
- Add steak strips and Sauté on each side on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, more or less time depending on how you like your steak prepared. The goal is to get a little sear on both sides.
- Top with fresh chives to garnish, enjoy!
