Chipotle Steak Strips

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Steak of choice, sliced into strips
  • 2 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 1 T Salted Butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced or ½ T Minced Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh chives, diced to garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat butter, Chipotle Olive Oil and minced garlic over medium heat until garlic is fragrant.
  2. Add steak strips and Sauté on each side on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, more or less time depending on how you like your steak prepared. The goal is to get a little sear on both sides.
  3. Top with fresh chives to garnish, enjoy!
