Cinnamon Balsamic Apple Crisp

Apples

  • 2 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and cubed
  • 2 Honeycrisp Apples, peeled and cubed
  • 1 T All Purpose Flour
  • 4 T Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Topping

  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 6 T stick butter cut into 6 pieces
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ¾ cup oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all apple ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Place into a greased baking dish.
  4. Stir all topping ingredients until crumbled, can use a food processor, by hand or with a mixer.
  5. Top apple mixture with the crumb topping.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and serve warm with ice cream!
