​Cranberry Pear Goat Cheese Balls

Makes 18 goat cheese balls

(1) 8 oz plain log goat cheese

1 tbsp Cranberry Pear Balsamic

1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Rosemary for garnish

Toothpicks


Instructions

1. Allow goat cheese to soften in a bowl for just a bit, then add the Cranberry Pear balsamic. Stir with a spatula (or with your hands) until completely incorporated

2. Chop dried cranberries & pecans & mix together in a small bowl

3. Take about 1 tbsp scoop size of goat cheese & roll into a ball

5. Roll goat cheese ball in cranberry & pecan mixture & place on a plate

6. Stick a toothpick in the goat cheese ball & continue doing this until the goat cheese is gone

7. Stick rosemary next to the toothpick for a festive look & enjoy!
