- 1 package of Sicilia Pasta (sold in store!)
- 2–3 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley
- Freshly shredded parmesan romano cheese
Instructions
- Boil water, add pasta and cook as instructed on bag.
- Drain pasta and add to serving bowl.
- Add Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, minced garlic, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust oil and seasonings as needed.
- Top with freshly shredded parmesan romano cheese and some extra fresh parsley to garnish.
