Easy Olive Oil Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Sicilia Pasta (sold in store!)
  • 23 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ lemon, squeezed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley
  • Freshly shredded parmesan romano cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil water, add pasta and cook as instructed on bag.
  2. Drain pasta and add to serving bowl.
  3. Add Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, minced garlic, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Taste and adjust oil and seasonings as needed.
  5. Top with freshly shredded parmesan romano cheese and some extra fresh parsley to garnish.
  6. Bon Appetit!
