- 8 small Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1/3 cup Pinehurst Olive Oil Butter Olive Oil
- ½ cup Milk
- 5 ½ tsp. Salt, use 1 ½ tsp for boiling water and the remaining 4 tsps. for seasoning potatoes
- 1 ½ tsp. Salt Sisters Herb Blend (sold in store)
Instructions
- Halfway peel the potatoes leaving some skin on the potatoes, then cube the potatoes.
- Boil in salted water until soft.
- Add milk, Butter Olive Oil, salt and pepper and blend with an emulsion blender. Add more salt and pepper to taste if needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
