Instructions

  1. Halfway peel the potatoes leaving some skin on the potatoes, then cube the potatoes.
  2. Boil in salted water until soft.
  3. Add milk, Butter Olive Oil, salt and pepper and blend with an emulsion blender. Add more salt and pepper to taste if needed.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
