Mediterranean Chicken
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
Seasonello Seasoning
3/4 cup Sun dried tomatoes
4-6 whole artichokes
1/2 cup Castelvetrano Olives
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
Pasta of choice
Feta
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken breasts in Tuscan Herb Olive Oil & Seasonello Seasoning
2. Prepare pasta per directions
3. In a skillet with Tuscan Herb olive oil, cook chicken most of the way through. Remove chicken from skillet and cut into pieces. Add chicken back to skillet and add sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and olives. Allow flavors to blend together and chicken to full cook
4. Scoop pasta onto a plate & top with mediterranean chicken. Sprinkle with feta & enjoy!
