- 2 lean strip steaks
- 1 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Seasonella Salt
- 3–4 cloves minced garlic
- 3 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Garlic Olive Oil
- 4 Sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions
- Season Steaks with Seasonella salt on both sides.
- Heat a cast iron skillet on high, then add Garlic Olive Oil to coat the skillet. Add thyme and minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add steaks and grill 4 minutes per side, resulting in steaks cooked to medium. Reduce or add cooking time as desired.
- Place steaks on a cutting board and loosely cover with foil. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes.
- Cut steaks against the grain and serve.
