Asheville Tea – Lemon Ginger Yaupon

Description

Yaupon is our only native North American caffeinated plant. This blend is inspired by recipes from the Outer Banks, where wild Yaupon was often served with a slice of lemon. We add locally grown lemon balm, ginger root & lemon grass for a stimulating and uplifting brew.

Flavor Notes: bright citrus, seagrass, light spice

Recommended Pairings: mountain biking, lake dips, front porch afternoons

Ingredients: Regionally-sourced Yaupon (the only caffeinated plant native to North America!) with locally grown lemon balm, lemongrass, ginger root & a touch of lemon peel
