Roasted Fig Balsamic Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of trimmed green beans
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Pinehurst Olive Oil Rosemary Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Salt Sisters Herbes De Provence, sold in store
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Pinehurst Olive Oil Fig Balsamic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Thinly slice shallot.
  4. Pour green beans into large bowl, add shallots.
  5. Drizzle Rosemary olive oil over green beans and add Herbes de Provence seasoning; toss well.
  6. Add mixture to sheet pan and place in oven for 15 minute.
  7. Remove from oven. Add almond slices and drizzle Fig Balsamic evenly over the green beans.
  8. Bake for 5 more minutes or until your liking.
