Roasted Fig Balsamic Green Beans

- 2 packages of trimmed green beans
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Pinehurst Olive Oil Rosemary Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Salt Sisters Herbes De Provence, sold in store
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons Pinehurst Olive Oil Fig Balsamic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Thinly slice shallot.
- Pour green beans into large bowl, add shallots.
- Drizzle Rosemary olive oil over green beans and add Herbes de Provence seasoning; toss well.
- Add mixture to sheet pan and place in oven for 15 minute.
- Remove from oven. Add almond slices and drizzle Fig Balsamic evenly over the green beans.
- Bake for 5 more minutes or until your liking.
