Skillet Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2025 asparagus spears with the tough ends removed
  • 1/3 cup Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Garlic Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat Garlic Olive Oil in a skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add the asparagus to the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn the asparagus spears to make sure all sides are coated evenly. 
  3. Sauté the asparagus for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute. 
  4. Add the Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, turning the spears repeatedly until reaching desired doneness; The Sicilian Lemon Balsamic with have thickened in the pan, this is normal 😊
  5. Transfer to a platter and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh squeezed lemon juice and salt if needed.
