Spring Snack Plate
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Peaches
- Fresh cherries (I couldn’t find fresh, so I used frozen and let them thaw…. I don’t recommend)
- 1 Ball of Burrata
- Castelvetrano Olives
- Prosciutto
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Salt Sisters Lemon Rosemary Grinder Salt (sold in store)
- Pinehurst Olive Oil Basil Olive Oil
- Hot Honey
Instructions
1. Assemble all food items on a plate.
2. Grind Lemon Rosemary Salt over all the food items on plate.
3. Drizzle with Basil Olive Oil.
4. Drizzle with Hot Honey.
Serve with crackers, veggies or crostini rounds! Make it your own and change out food items. 🙂
