Strawberry Martini
Ingredients

- 5 fresh strawberries, hulled & muddled or pureed
- 2.5 shots of vodka (we used Belvedere)
- 1/2 shot of Pinehurst Olive Oil Strawberry Dark Balsamic
- 1/2 shot of simple syrup
- Ice
- Strawberry to garnish
Instructions
Rinse & dice strawberries then puree in a bullet or other small processor. (I tried this recipe muddling the strawberries in the shaker & they still came out very chunky, pureeing worked much better!)
Place pureed strawberries & remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice & shake until blended. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a fresh strawberry & enjoy this refreshing cocktail all summer long!
