Summer Peach Pizza
Ingredients

Dr Pete’s Pizza Dough (sold in store)
1 ball Fresh Mozzarella
6 slices Prosciutto
1 Peach, sliced
Fresh Basil
5 tablespoons Pinehurst Olive Oil Chipotle Olive Oil
Pinehurst Olive Oil Ripe Peach White Balsamic
Instructions
Prepare pizza dough as instructed using Chipotle Olive Oil
Once dough is ready to cook put onto a hot grill with a drizzle of Chipotle Olive oil on both sides. Once desired grill marks have been made and dough has been cooked through add mozzarella cheese and bake in oven or grill until melted. Remove and add sliced prosciutto, peaches and basil with a drizzle of Peach balsamic!
