Toasted Sesame Bulgogi
Ingredients
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic (or minced garlic)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/3 cup Tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
1 tbsp Pinehurst Olive Oil Toasted Sesame Oil
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Ground pepper, to taste
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
2–3 green onion, chopped
12 oz thinly sliced rib eye (shabu shabu)
Spaghetti squash (this is totally optional, I just happened to have this on hand, gluten free ramen or rice would work great as well!)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients accept for the slice rib eye
2. Once combined, add the sliced rib eye and completely coat with the marinade
3. Cover with plastic and place in the frig for 30 minutes
4. In a cast iron skillet, add Toasted Sesame Oil
5. Add the thinly sliced rib eye & cook through
6. Garnish with green onion & enjoy!
