Tuscan Herb Flank Steak w/Traditional Balsamic Reduction

3–4lb flank steak
Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
Seasonello Seasoning
Traditional 18 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Portobello Mushrooms , quartered
Instructions
1. Marinate flank steak overnight using Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and Seasonello Seasoning
2. Grill steak until desired doneness
3. In the meantime, saute mushrooms in Traditional 18 Year Aged Balsamic. Push mushrooms aside, add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup more balsamic & bring to a boil
4. Reduce heat to low and stir balsamic frequently to avoid burning
5. Place steak on a platter then top with Mushrooms & Balsamic reduction
