Wild Mushroom & Sage Meatloaf
Ingredients

1lb 80/20 ground beef
1 egg
About 2/3 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
About 1/2 cup grated parmesan
About 1/4 cup Pinehurst Olive Oil Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
2–3 tbsp Salt Sister Garlicky Wild Mushroom Rub & Seasoning (sold in store)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
3. Grease a loaf pan & spread hamburger mixture
4. Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until brown & bubbling
I paired this with Cauliflower Rice & Roasted Butternut Squash using our Butter Olive Oil & Tuscan Farmhouse seasoning & it was the perfect fall treat!
