Wild Mushroom & Sage Turkey Sliders

Ingredients

3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped (we used California Sun-Dried Tomatoes Smoked Julienne Cut)
2 tablespoons Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil (1 tablespoon in mixture/1 tablespoon in skillet)
1 lb organic ground turkey
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil OR 6 cubes of Dorot flash-frozen basil brought to room temperature
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions

Fold all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add one tablespoon of Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil to a skillet heated on medium. Ball mixture and flatten in skillet to form four patties. Pan-sear four minutes on each side. Plate on a lightly toasted restaurant style bun layered with Dijon and baby spinach on the bottom and a dollop of goat cheese on the top. Serves 4
